Founded in 2025 by Mr. Vishal Robertson and Mr. Donovan Rodrigues, MyOwnBrews is revolutionising the drinks we consume. With patent-pending premixes, individuals and businesses can create 100% natural beverages in-house in 2 to 7 days.

How are MyOwnBrews Probiotics Made?

Choose any flavour - fruit juice, tea, coffee, etc.
Make it sweeter (if you want to)
Add a Premix and mix
Ferment for 1 hour and enjoy your probiotic drink
Transfer to swing top bottles and carbonate for 2 days for fizzy probiotic drinks
Enjoy drinks within 5-7 days once made. Premixes have a shelf life of 6 months.

Fermentation Workshops

All equipment and ingredients are inclusive of the ticket prices and managed by MyOwnBrews.
Duration: Ranging from 1 to 2 hours
Event Flow:
Participants check-in
Donovan explains the process
Participants start brewing their probiotics along with Donovan. They choose their flavour and sweetness and then add the Probiotic Soda Premix to it.
Break time for participants to relax and let the probiotic ferment.
After 30 mins participants transfer the probiotic to bottles. They take these bottles back home.

Curated Catering & Tasting

All beverages are brewed in small batches and delivered prior to the event at the event location. After the event is done, we pick up the bottles to reuse as part of our sustainability efforts.
Duration: Ranging 2 to 4 hours
Event Flow:
Customer selects the date of the event and flavours they want.
MyOwnBrews creates a custom quotation for the event.
After 50% downpayment is paid, we start brewing the batches at in-house.
Once the brews are ready, we drop the bottles at the event location and collect the remaining 50% payment.
After the event is done, we pick up the empty bottles.

Probiotic Making Masterclass at The Kitchen Collective

As part of our Breakfast and Brew Series, participants will brew their own natural probiotics using squashes from
while enjoying a hearty breakfast by The Kitchen Collective. Each participant takes back home a 500ml bottle of a probiotic drink.

We curated the drinks for Neha’s Birthday Party in 2026.

Make a Soft-drink Workshop at Cafe AVZ

Held in September 2025, workshop participants made their own probiotics using natural macerated fruit syrups in a 2 hour workshop.
Each participant took back home 2 bottles of 500ml probiotics that they made.

The MOB Bash at Peter Tavern

MyOwnBrews took over the Bar at Peter Tavern to serve natural wines, meads and ciders while having an interactive quiz followed by a Founder QnA session.
Guests had a chance to taste and experience a variety of never before seen flavours including Cashew Apple Wine, Rose Mead, Mango Wine, Kashmiri Chilli & Bimbli Wine, and many more.
