Meeting with Operations
This meeting will be scheduled once your first loan has been submitted to loan setup. Our Processing Manager, Melissa Magras will reach out to schedule this call with you. During this call, you will be assigned one of our processors. Your assigned corporate processor should ALWAYS be your first stop for questions involving loan setup as they will escalate any questions or concerns through our Operations escalations path.
Meeting with Marketing
This meeting will be scheduled once your license(s) have been sponsored and approved. Marketing will email you with their meeting link to schedule this meeting. This meeting is about 45 minutes to an hour long and covers all of our marketing resources. This team will walk you through our CRM HubSpot training and other marketing tools.
(Please note that you must refrain from any type of marketing until you have met with our department and are licensed with Amres. All marketing is subject to approval.)
