Following your first day, there a few key milestones that we’ll be working you through to ensure you have a smooth and complete transition into Amres. Milestone 1 - Onboarding Tasks
Your first milestone will be to complete onboarding tasks initiated by HR. You will receive links from Paylocity to complete contracts, tax withholding information, your I9, etc. You will also receive a link via Checkr to complete your background check, previous employment information, and credit check. These items are very important as you will not be completely onboarded or eligible to receive a payroll without being completed. This milestone will consist of you getting all your BAI training completed. This is company policy and if these are not done, you will be out of compliance.
