We’re thrilled to have you on board for a Puzzle Buzz event! Hosting a successful night of puzzling is a team effort, and we’ve got a few key details and tips to help ensure your event is a hit.

What We’re Doing to Help:

Ad Campaign: We’ll run a $20 ad over two days announcing your game and highlighting the early bird pricing. This is a great way to drive early sign-ups and build excitement. Keep in mind that the full price kicks in one week before the event.
Social Media Materials: We’ve prepared ready-to-use social media files to promote the event. These can be shared on your channels to spread the word and encourage your audience to participate.

How You Can Help:

Get Your Team Involved: Make sure your staff is in the loop about the event so they can mention it to customers. A friendly recommendation from the team can go a long way.
Promote Locally: If possible, share the event details on your social media, newsletter, or website. Use the materials we’ve provided or add your own creative touch!
Boost Awareness On-Site: Display posters, flyers, or table tents at your venue to catch the eye of your regulars.

Important Note:

To ensure the event runs smoothly, we need at least five teams registered. If we don’t hit this minimum, we’ll have to postpone. Encouraging early sign-ups is the best way to avoid this!
