Victoria must ensure the following tasks are completed:

Be a day before with Mihaiela to finalize event details.

Meet with all volunteers day before and discus the details.

Create the Certificates and award to all sponsors and volunteers.

Take a group photo of all volunteers and individuals receiving award certificates. Share the photos on social media.

Contact media and TV to promote the event and ensure wider public awareness.
