Establish Communication: Designate a communication coordinator to liaise with emergency services, update attendees on the status of the emergency, and provide instructions for next steps.
Document the Incident: After the emergency has been resolved, document the incident, including any injuries, damages, or other relevant information. This information can be useful for future emergency planning and risk assessments.
