Video User Experience

Here some user behavior of our current Baymax Video player

Video State: AUTOPLAY (when the video ad is autoplaying without a user interaction)

when video is playing, it will play with no sound

the sound icon will show muted (crossed out speaker) icon

the video will play inline ( within the ad space and won’t take up the native player)

when a user initiates the video play (clicks on the video play button ), the video will play with sound on

the sound icon will show un-muted (speaker with wave) icon

the video will play inline ( within the ad space and won’t take up the native player)

when video completes playing, it will pause on the poster / cover of the ad with a large play button at the center

the only icon will be visible at this state would be the play icon (mute/un-mute, pause icon will not be visible)

when the video is paused, it will show the poster / cover of the ad with a large play button at the center

the only icon will be visible at this state would be the play icon (mute/un-mute, pause icon will not be visible)

Video State: VIDEO MUTED
