Permissions Needed

Microsoft Identity Manager Admin Access

Scoop Admin Access

Employee Name

Employee ID Number

Employee Email Address

Roles / Privileges desired

Get on the VPN

Go to the

Microsoft Identity Manager⁠

(username is EIN and pwd is Microsoft access)

Click on “My SGs” or “Manage my SGs”

Click on “2FA - Scoop Prod”

Choose the “Members” tab at the top of the popup windowpass

In the “Members To Add” section, click the button on the far right. (three papers with an ellipsis)

Enter the employee’s ID number in the “Search for:” box

Select the employee from the search results list

Click “OK” in the search and “OK” again in the “Members” popup

Go to

Scoop⁠

and sign in

In the top menu, go to “Tools” > “Admin” > “Users”

Search for the employee using the Employee ID to make sure they aren’t already in the system

Click the “Create New User” button

Add the login name as first dot last name. Example jaydon.peters

Enter the employee’s First Name, Last Name, Employee ID, and Email Address

Select the desired role for the employee, generally “Ad Content Producer” or “Paid Post Developer” is used

Select the desired groups, typically:

photos-old-create-screen

Save the new user
