It’s good to have diversity of background, thought etc
Yet the same values bring cohesion, reduce friction
People need to be clear what kind of culture they’re signing up for and that it’s a fit.

A degree off course becomes a mile off course very quickly
So as early as possible!
If you don’t grow a culture it will grow itself - but it could be like a bad bacteria!
