S Corp
We are a S corporation.
This means that Team Student will have as many as 100 members and all of them must be US citizens, but this makes it better for taxation because unlike other corporations we will not be taxed twice.
There is a CEO (Bipasha Ray) and a hierarchy of employees, but everyone will get the same benefits.
It is also a better option if Team Student is planning to sell the company later on.
Also, if a shareholder/employee sells their shares then Team Student will be undisturbed.
Team Student will profit in an S corp.
