Recruitment process
- monitor the progress of the trainees and support them in their journey until coded
- Send emails for important documents and reminders, constantly remind and update the trainees of the schedule and deadlines, organize trainees' data/info., support them if they have concern
Planner's support person
- monitor and update the planners about their numbers and encourage/motivate them to do better
- Create trackers for monitoring (performance and numbers)
- Build relationship with everyone and build authority
