On January 17th, 2024 at 8:00 pm CST we released a new version of the

Denim Social⁠

Publishing Solution.

Below are the updates and fixes we made to the platform.

Enhancements:

Video Thumbnail Editing and Viewing

Implemented, all users can view uploaded video thumbnails and all users have the ability to select thumbnail for videos before posting to social networks from compose or media library

Content Engine Query Filtering

Enhanced Content Engines query filtering to fetch only relevant Topic Items from API based on specific query parameters.

Bug fixes:

Compose

Enabled mentions for Facebook and LinkedIn in the compose feature.

Addressed character counter issues in the compose feature.

Ensured that video uploads no longer throw incorrect validation errors.

Post Editing

Resolved, allowing users to edit scheduled posts without encountering error messages.

Ensured that cursor behavior is consistent when editing scheduled or pending approval posts.

Media Library Issues

Resolved, allowing users to create posts with media from the library and post videos to Facebook and Instagram.

Tags and Post Status

Addressed, preventing the addition of tags from changing post status and scheduled time.

Content Library

Resolved, allowing users to publish pre-approved posts or personalize posts without encountering error messages.

Approval Group Access

Resolved, ensuring that users removed from an approval group no longer have access to its posts.
