How do you want to use the time slot?
You may ask the families to choose half an hour slot, which is their ARRIVAL TIME or book their entire visit duration, which is SLOT BOOKING.
Slot Booking - You may ask the families to book their entire visit duration in advance before the visit. If you expect the families to book the entire visit duration, you can adjust the maximum duration of the visits in the visit preferences section.
Arrival Time - You may ask the families to select a half an hour slot as their arrival time, and once they are in, they can stay as long they want to or for a specific length according to the home policy.
Maximum no. of visitations allowed at a time per slot, per location.
As you see in the image below, you would have two visitors at the same time in the same locations. The number of visitations will vary according to the number you set in this option.
Do you wish to restrict the visits to ONLY ONE AT A TIME, although you have added multiple visit types/locations?
If a visitor has been booked in a location, e.g., 9:30 to 10:00, this particular time will be unavailable across all other locations. Therefore, you will have only one visit at a specific time, despite how many visit locations you have.
How many additional visitors are allowed per visit?
Care homes can control the additional number of visitors allowed for each visit. An unlimited number of additional visitors can be added from the care home portal if needed.

Do you want families to access the history and future visit bookings of their loved one living under your care?
Please be assured that families won't have access to the booking details of other residents.
One family member can see the visits booked by other families under the same resident. They can only see the visit date, time & location. All additional information will be confidential.
Would you like to add a custom message in the booking confirmation and reminder emails?

Do you want to document the Lateral Flow Test result of visitors in MeetMyBrian?
We destroy this information after 21 days!
Care home staff can enter the LFT results of the visitors and log them in here for evidence.
If the visitor has done the test at home, you may enter the staff's name who verified the result. Enter the test reference number if you do the test at the care home. Upload visitors policy
Please upload the care home policy document here, and it will be available in all the hyper linked sections. For eg; refer the below image.
You can only have one document in Policies. If you want to upload multiple policies, please have all the policies in one document and upload.
