How to make the bookings on behalf of the families?

Click on the 'New Booking' option to get the booking form. Fill in the relevant information and submit it to confirm the booking.

How to cancel a booking?

Click on the cancel button and enter the reason for the visit cancellation. The cancellation email will include the message you enter in the box.

How do care homes add the extra visitors?

As you see in the attached image, click the 'BLUE' button that displays the total number of visitors to open a modal. Click the + icon to add additional visitors.

How do staff complete the health questionnaire on behalf of the families?

Also, how do we know if they have already completed it?

A red dot is visible if the families did not complete their health questionnaire. A green dot will appear instead of red if they have completed it. Click on the health questionnaire and fill in the information on behalf of the families.
