Enable the Visitor Sign-in App

You need to sign in first

Please note that only one care home account/email can be accepted to sign in to the app. We call that email a 'primary' email on our end. You need to contact the MeetMyBrian Technical team to change the primary email address.

Step 1

At the bottom of the settings page, you can see a question about enabling the sign-in app. Once you have enabled it, an extra tab, 'Visitor Sign-in App,' will appear on the menu bar.

In this page, you need to do three important things;

You must upload a PDF copy of your visitor policy. The maximum size of the pdf is 2MB.

Then you need to upload your logo. The maximum size of the logo is 1MB, and the minimum ratio is 500x250.

The system currently keeps the visitor data for five years, but you can restrict access on this settings page.

Your Visitor sign-in app is now ready to use!

Our visitor app is available only on iPad or an Android tab which is a minimum of 9.7 inches.
