Denver North Stake Institute class changes:

26 November: no class

Dec 3, 10, & 17 are the only class dates in December

The temple closes following the 11 am session on 26 November. On Friday it returns to normal hours.

Thursday, 27 November: Happy Thanksgiving!

The Denver Temple holds a special endowment session for singles the fourth Friday of each month at 7:45 pm. The next one will be the day after Thanksgiving.

A joint open house will be held on Saturday, 29 November for Sister ------- (who leaves for the Singapore Mission next week) and to celebrate the marriage of -----------. Please come congratulate them 7-10 pm at the new ---------- home at --------------------.

Sister ------------- missionary fairwell will be on 30 November in the Broomfield III Ward at 1 pm. Everyone is invited to attend.

While you think about the blessings in your lives this week, consider service to your ancestors by submitting their names for baptism & let our ward youth perform the baptisms. Minimum requirements for baptism include:

a name, birth date (at least an Aabout@ year), birth place

(at least the state or country), sex of each individual

They can be mailed or dropped off at the temple. Include a note saying when they=re scheduled for baptism. Call ---------- for further details.

A special evening of entertainment, visiting, & refreshments is planned for our Ward Family Christmas Party on 12 December. All those who have little ones who want to see Santa should come to the church between 6:30 & 7:30. The main program is from 7:30 to 9 pm. Casual dress is appropriate.

The youth are planning a trip to the temple on 18 December to do baptisms for the dead. They=d like to do family names. Please contact their leaders for further details.

----------------- (xxx-xxxx) is collecting toys needed for our ward nursery for her Laurel Project. Needs include: soft balls of various sizes, blocks, nesting cups, cloth and/or board books, dress up clothes, simple wooden puzzles, indoor slide, rocking horse, bean bags, pop up toys, storage bins. These may be new or slightly loved.
