5. On every 7th day of the month
check all the contractor invoices and add them to the Excel


Once in a while tasks:
Prepare CVs for everyone based on Coda
Check all the documents for all the employees on Google Drive
Prepare a satisfaction survey
Intro for new employees & documents
Prepare all the documents for hired/fired employees
Labour Protection Management
Issue certifcates for employees
Organize Team Building
Project Portfolio Management (Sales Helper)
Business Trips Plannnings
Issue invoice for bi-weekly paying clients
Contract preparings
NDA preparings
