Part one, March 9th:

8:30 am / Open up the space, welcoming/check-in table (who will provide name tags, consent forms, and other necessary elements?)

9:00 am / Gather in prayer and companionship (would St. Frances Cabrini want to provide opening prayer and possibly a song?)

9:15 am / Introduce the project, and go around and introduce people at tables

9:30 am / Work through a covenant of presence (draft available)

9:50 am / First story circle exercise (feelings/facts/values)

10:30 am / Harvesting of ideas

10:45 am / break

11:00 am / Second story circle exercise (title-ing stories)

11:45 am / Harvesting of ideas

12:00 pm / Concluding prayer

8:30 am / Open up the space, offer coffee, etc.

9:00 am / Welcome people, gather in prayer, remind participants about consent forms and covenant of presence

9:30 am / Digital tech co-laboratory: Part one: audio recording

10:00 am / Digital tech co-laboratory: Part two: adding images and music

11:45 am / General closing harvest, prayer, and sending blessing

12:00 pm / Event concludes
