Monday, June 10: Sanctuary and the Earth

8:30 am / Open up the space, welcoming/check-in table (who will provide name tags, consent forms, and other necessary elements?)

9:00 am / Gather in prayer and companionship (who would want to provide opening prayer, land acknowledgement?, possibly a song?)

9:15 am / Introduce the project, and go around and introduce people at tables

9:30 am / Work through a covenant of presence (draft available)

9:50 am / First story circle exercise (feelings/actions/values)

10:30 am / Harvesting of ideas

10:45 am / break

11:00 am / Second story circle exercise (title-ing stories)

11:45 am / Harvesting of ideas

12:00 pm / Break for lunch (who will provide it?)

1:00 pm / Digital tech co-laboratory: Part one: audio recording

1:30 pm / Digital tech co-laboratory: Part two: adding images and music

2:30 pm / General closing harvest, prayer, and sending blessing

3:00 pm / Event concludes
