Appendix/Known issues
Highlights can be created without applying transitions. Highlight default preview will be delayed. Promo: Not working with transition. The change speed is not working with MXF stream. If you add an MXF stream (duration 2 hours), the stream will process in 1 hour and 45 min while the processing user cannot perform anything on the stream. MXF URL validation is not there. Clip generation time: 8-10 mins for single clip (duration of clips 5,10,15,20,25,30,40,45,50,55 in s). Logs are not generated for the MXF streams. HLS to MP4 convert feature will not work for the media-live content/Stream. If you click the Cancel button in your browser while downloading clips or highlights, the number of clips, their duration's, and download status will still update on the clips and highlights page. If the Admin does not set any limits for users, then the "total download duration = 0 used" is showing.
