Dashboard

The Dashboard is an information management tool that monitors and analyses. It gives you a visual display of key performance indicators (KPIs), metrics, and essential data to track the status of your Streams. This section will show you how to use the Magnifi dashboard to manage your videos, create highlights, and view data and insights.

Access the dashboard

To access the dashboard, go to the Magnifi website and log in. Once you are logged in, click the Dashboard link in the top navigation bar.

View your videos

To view your videos, click the Videos tab. This will show you a list of all of the videos that you have uploaded to Magnifi. You can filter the list by video title, date uploaded, and status (completed, pending, failed, or cancelled).

Create highlights

To create a highlight, click the Create Highlights button. This will open a new window where you can select the stream Id that you want to create a highlight from and add the relevant clips to create the highlights.

View data and insights

To view data and insights about your videos, scroll down to Data Consumed section. This will show you a variety of metrics, such as total data consumed, hours processed, and video status. You can also view this data in a variety of charts and graphs.

Here is a more detailed information to the different sections of the Magnifi dashboard:
Videos
Total: The total number of videos that you have added to Magnifi.
Completed: The number of videos that have been processed and are ready to be viewed.
Pending: The number of videos that are currently being processed.
Failed: The number of videos that failed to be processed.
Cancelled: The number of videos that you have cancelled processing on.
Data Consumed
GB used: The total amount of data that you have consumed by processing videos.
Hours Processed
Total hours used: The total amount of time that Magnifi has spent processing your videos.
To view data and insights for a specific date range:
Select the start and end dates from the drop-down menus.
Click the Apply button.
