Log in to your account

Change your password.

Log out from Magnifi Platform.

Request a new password.

When creating your user account, Magnifi generates a temporary password. You'll receive this temporary password in an email.

To log in for the first time:

Click the environment link provided to you.

Enter your email in the E-mail Address field.

Enter your temporary password provided to you in the Password field.

Click Login.

Tip: Create a bookmark for your environment for easy access.

On the first-time login, you're prompted to create a new password to replace the temporary one. Let's go ahead and change your password:

At the Reset Password notification, click the OK button.

Enter a new password in the New Password and Confirm New Password fields.

Click Change Password.

You’re now logged into the Magnifi Platform using your credentials.

Now, let's log out of the Magnifi Platform:

Click the Profile drop-down at the top right corner of the Magnifi Platform.

Click Logout.

You'll now return to the Magnifi Login page.

If you forget your password, you can request a new one.

To request a new password:

At the Login screen, click the Forgot Password link.

Enter your email in the E-mail Address field.

Click Forgot Password.

At the info pop-up, click OK. You’ll be redirected to the change password screen.

Enter your verification code in the Verification Code field. You will get this code from your personalised Verification Code email.

Enter your new password in the New Password and Confirm New Password fields.

Click the Change Password link.

At the informational page, click OK.
