1. The Role Defined

Your mission: As a Sales Agent, your mission is to engage fans, fully embodying the creator’s persona to deliver connection, excitement, and ultimately sales.

This role is central to Belle Muse’s growth. You will be responsible for maximizing PPV sales, custom orders, and tips — while giving fans an unforgettable experience that keeps them coming back.

Key Responsibilities:

PPV & Custom Sales: Provide so much value in your conversations that unlocking PPVs and ordering customs becomes the obvious choice. Every message should create desire and move the fan closer to purchase.

Sales-Driven Conversations: You are not a chatter. You are a sales agent. Your words are your tools of influence, used to build rapport, create anticipation, and drive high-ticket conversions.

Fan Segmentation: Identify and prioritize high-value fans, guiding them up the ladder toward big-ticket purchases.

Sales Strategies: Apply proven tactics like scarcity, FOMO, and tailored seduction scripts to maximize earnings.

Reporting & Feedback: Capture fan insights and performance data, feeding back to management for continuous optimization.

Your KPIs: At Belle Muse, you live and die by your numbers. Success is measured by:

Revenue generated per shift

PPV conversion rate

Responsiveness & fan engagement

Consistency in hitting performance targets

Outcomes: You will be expected to deliver consistently on your KPIs. No hiding. No excuses.

2. Desired Profile

This role is not for everyone. We are only looking for those who match 100%+ of the profile below and are hungry to grow.

Must-Have Competencies:

Minimum C1 English level speaker (C2 level and native speakers are a strong plus).

Sales & Negotiation: Ability to persuade, upsell, and close high-ticket sales.

Empathy & Emotional Intelligence: Read fan psychology and use it to guide conversations toward outcomes.

Creativity: Keep chats exciting, playful, and personalized.

Typing Speed & Precision: You move fast, without sacrificing quality.

Cultural Understanding: Relatable to Western audiences.

Nice-to-Have Competencies:

Digital marketing knowledge.

Technical familiarity with OnlyFans CRMs and tools.

Multilingual ability beyond English.

Proven imagination for sexting & fantasy writing.

Commitment:

Full-time mindset required (40h+/week).

Willing to undergo trial-by-fire testing during the hiring process: typing test, mock chats, sales roleplay.
