Users view is designed for managers to keep track of individual Person activity, such as time tracking, tasks and skills.
When you click the User View icon[1], it opens the User View divided into three sections: User Selection[2], where you can filter and choose a user; a central panel[3] with the person’s information—timesheet, skills, leave, settings, and finance; and a third Task panel showing the user’s tasks[4].

Click the Loop icon [1] to choose whether you want to view only Active, Upcoming, Review, or All user tasks.
Click the Filter icon to filter user tasks by Project, Type, or End date.
You can change the status and priority of each task by clicking the corresponding icons [3]. Right-clicking a task opens it in the side panel.
