Import data from spreadsheet

To import data from a spreadsheet, you first need to create Shots or Assets objects. After that, you can copy and paste other attributes and properties.

Go to folder where you would like to import Shots or Assets [1]. Click on Create button[2]. Select object you would like to create[3].

Check the Multiple checkbox [1], select Multiline [2], paste Asset or Shot names [3], and click Create [4].

Next, you need to arrange the columns in the same way as they are in your spreadsheet. Click on the Hide/Show Column [3] button and select only the columns [2] you would like to import from the spreadsheet.

To arrange the order of the columns, just drag and drop the header of the column to the right place.

Now, just copy and paste the data from the spreadsheet to Soko, and all the values will be updated in Soko.

Copying and pasting Status, Type, Priority, and Assignees is not supported yet.

To save current columns, their order, and filters, you can click on and select “Save Current View”. Then, whenever you need, you can load this view preset.
