Planning your UX research strategy improvements
Step 1: Copy scores from UX Metrics section of Weak Spot Audit.
Using , copy your scores over, so you can see which are the highest. (Only copy the scores from the UX Research items.)
Step 2: Pick 4 outcomes you’d like to focus on.
Using the scores above as guidance, choose the four you’d like to work to improve first. (You can choose more than four, but there’s a lot to get done. Don’t make things too hard on yourself.)
Step 3: Write plans on how you’ll start the improvement process.
