Project Outline

The Working Assembly will support Manifest with copywriting and design support for up to 50 hours from January 3rd, 2022 - February 18th, 2022.

Overview
For this engagement, The Working Assembly will work closely with Manifest on design and copy updates for up to (3) product pages of the brand’s website. Product pages include:
Participants Page
Employers Page
Providers Page
Prior to kick-off, Manifest will be responsible for providing:
All relevant background materials inclusive of existing brand strategy, competitive audit, verbal and visual guidelines
Existing product page designs
Content outline with copy for all 3 product pages
Our work together will be completed within 2 phases:
Phase 1: Copy refinement for product pages
Phase 2: Design refinement for product pages

Phase 1: Copy refinement for product pages (20 hours)
Utilizing the copy outline supplied by Manifest, The Working Assembly will look to refine messaging for each audience across a total of (3) product pages. The goal for each page will be to tell Manifest’s story effectively and persuasively for each audience.

For this phase of work, The Working Assembly will utilize approximately 20 hours which will include up to 2 rounds of revisions for each product page.

Phase 1 deliverables:
Copy refinement for up to (3) product pages
Verbal ID guideline updates (TOV rules & key audience messaging examples)

Phase 2: Design refinement for product pages (30 hours)
Upon alignment of the product page copy, The Working Assembly will support Manifest for up to 30 hours to make design refinements to the brand’s (3) product pages.

Project assumptions:
TWA will support Manifest for a total of 50 hours throughout engagement
TWA will utilize Manifest’s existing brand identity system and explore improvements
Manifest will supply TWA will all required design files and guidelines
Manifest will supply TWA will all existing web design files
TWA will not be responsible for development of any pages of the website
