Anywhere club AI hackathon.

There are important information regarding upcoming activities! Please keep in mind that following activities is an obligatory for every team to accomplish the hackathon.

Obligatory events/activities:

Final submission. Not later than demo event starts July 12.
Dry run. July 11. starts 3PM (UTC+2)
Demo day. July 12, starts 3:15PM (UTC+2)

Projects submission (July 12)

In order to be eligible for the final demo, each team have to submit following solutions not later than demo starts 3PM (UTC+2)

Presentation deck in PDF format
Short solution description (up to 5 sentences)
Pre-recorded solution demo that illustrates key features and capabilities of the solution (up to 3 minutes in length)
Solution’s codebase submitted into Hackathon Gitlab

Requirements explanation:

1. Deck structure:

Purpose of the deck is to clear overview of your solution. It should assist in pitching and “sale” your idea to jury board. Deck should address the following points:
Problem Statement. What real problem or opportunity does the solution solve (in terms of the Anywhere Club and it's members).
Who are the users, the target audience of the solution.
Demonstrate the novelty, creativity and originality of the solution.
Main features of the solution created during the hackathon. Not planned!
Explain the resources and potential effort required to implement the solution in the Anywhere Club.
Explanation of how AI/LLM technologies were used, the potential benefits of the proposed AI stack, and any innovative applications of these technologies.
A high-level technical description that outlines the solution.
Team name, captain, and team members.
Deck should also include the team name and team members.
Please, use only provided template for the deck
Try to keep deck concise to fit in pitch time
Try to not overwhelm presentation with detailed diagrams and long texts

2. Solution description

Describe your project in up to 5 sentences so that people unfamiliar with your project can get the gist of the solution.

3. Pre-recorded solution demo:

Purpose of demo is to demonstrate capabilities of solution
Focus on capabilities, not tech details like diagrams, slides or codebase demonstration
Duration: Up to 3 mins
File size: Try to keep it up to 200MB

4. Submission into Gitlab

All solutions files have to be submitted into dedicated gitlab repository .

Purpose of the event:
To test teams pitches with deck, demos they have done and get some feedback from the org team to make final tunings in projects
Keep in mind that no solution or team will be judged at these events, and pitches will not influence the final judges' scores.
Keep in mind that you can continue of development your solution until the final submission

Every team members and anyone who wants to view the pitches.
Dry run.1 hour before your presentation
Please check the following activities are done:
You have link for join event as a speaker
Check your order and time and be ready to join stream
Check that you have presentation in PDF format <30mb file size without embedded video or animations
If there are any unexpected obstacles to participate at demo - contact immediately to Pranov Maksim
Dry run.15 mins before presentation
Join stream with speaker’s link from the chat. Do not use Safari browser to join as a speaker! Chrome browser is recommended.
After entering You will appear in the waiting room in a StreamYard service with some speaker controls.
StreamYard may require you to allow access to the camera and microphone in the settings. Please allow those requirements.

Write your team name and your name
There is non need to register in StreamYard account to participate as a speaker
Upload your presentation using the "PRESENT" button with the “+” icon. Please make sure that the presentation is uploaded successfully.

Wait for the stream producer to add you to the live stream.
Note that the stream is delayed by about 1 minute.

Pitch - 5 mins. Please try to stay on time. Moderator will have to interrupt your pitch if you could not fit in 5 minutes.
Demonstration of the prerecorded demo - 3 mins
To present video, choose "PRESENT" and after choose “Video file”. You could choose video file from your computer. There is no need to upload it into StreamYard.

Demo day event

Demo day. Timeline( UTC+2 time zone.):
3:15PM. Introducing the event (Christopher Howard, event host)
3:30 Open microphone for jury members/Break
3:45. Pitching session and teams evaluation. (15 teams/11 mins per team)
6:45. 30 mins break
7:25 Hackathon organizers word (Evgenii Tikhonov)
7:35 Winners announcement(Christopher Howard, event host)
Demo day. Participants
Speakers -Teams representative (captain or any chosen in advance team member). Speakers are responsible for presentation of the teams solutions. Special link to join as a speaker will be provided 1 hour before to those, who are submitted as a speakers.
Viewers- Any team members or guest . They could join via guest link.
Demo day. 1 day before demo:
Please check the presentation order
All teams participant at demo according the preliminary submitted order
Each team can have only 1 representative speaker at demo
Time slot booked in advance
Other team members can attend at demo as a viewers
be ready to join 10-15 mins earlier or later your booked time, in case of unexpected time shifts
Please check the following activities are done:
You has passed the dry run
You have prepared presentation, pre-recorded video with solutions demo.
You have submitted presentation
You have submitted speaker on the demo day
As a speaker you have joined into chat with speakers, turn it unmuted to keep in touch during the demo
