Reference Checks
As part of Superhuman’s hiring process, all candidates are asked to submit references with . The tool is GDPR compliant and designed to ensure this process is objective and smooth. We’ll request three references: two previous managers and one previous peer. You are always welcome to submit more if you should like. References should only take 15 mins to complete. Be on the lookout for a separate email from HiPeople that will kick off this process.
