This interview will focus on execution and how you manage the execution and interaction phases of product development. Questions will be based on example scenarios where you will be asked to discuss and walk through constraints, technical decisions, and high-level architectural requirements.
Duration: 45 minutes

How to prepare

Reflect on how you plan and deliver projects, including managing milestones, dependencies, and risks.
Consider deep diving into the challenges, risks, and how you would structure and measure the projects.
We are interested in how you best use existing tools, techniques, and creativity to validate ideas and learn quickly.
Practice breaking down scenarios to identify goals, constraints, and possible approaches.
