Experience Impact Interview

Interviewer: TBD (an engineering leader from our team!)

Come prepared to discuss two high-complexity, high-impact engineering projects you've worked on directly. We'll start with the first, dive into the details, then move to the second. For each, you should be able to walk through the technical decisions you made, the overall architecture and system design (bring diagrams or high-level visuals if helpful), the problem you were solving, and your role in the project's success. This is your opportunity to showcase the depth of your engineering experience and the impact you’ve driven!

Reference Checks

We’ll wrap up the interview process with a reference check through HiPeople. This final step is designed to be simple, efficient, entirely electronic, and asynchronous. We can be flexible with running these in parallel with these behavioral interviews, if needed.

Team Matching Discussions

These are casual conversations (ultimately these are optional, and may vary in quantity) - not interviews! They're an opportunity for you to meet some of the team, get a feel for the people you'd be working with, and ask any questions you have. We want you to leave with a clearer sense of what it's actually like to work within our teams and the problems you’d be solving 😊
