About the Role
We’re looking for a Frontend Engineer who thinks like a product builder — someone who doesn’t just “implement designs” but helps craft how people experience and interact with our products. At Agency Handy, engineers are part of the creative process. You’ll collaborate closely with designers, product leads, and founders to turn ideas into polished, performant, and scalable experiences — and keep improving them as real users give feedback.

Responsibilities
Take ownership of the entire frontend lifecycle — from technical architecture and UI implementation to post-launch iteration. Collaborate closely with designers and product owners to bring user-centric ideas to life. Write clean, maintainable, and accessible code using modern frameworks (React, Next.js, TypeScript, Tailwind). Continuously improve performance, usability, and developer experience. Use AI tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, V0, Cursor) to accelerate workflow and ideation. Proactively gather and act on user and team feedback to make the product better week by week. Contribute to component libraries and design systems to ensure consistency and scalability. Requirements
Strong experience with modern frontend stacks — especially React, Next.js, and TypeScript. Deep understanding of responsive design, accessibility, and performance optimization. Comfort working closely with designers to refine user interactions and micro-details. Mindset of ownership: you care about the impact of your work after it’s shipped. Openness to feedback and a collaborative approach to problem-solving. Eagerness to experiment with AI-assisted development tools. Track record of shipping features that made measurable improvements in UX or performance. Nice to Have
Experience working with design systems and component libraries. Familiarity with Tailwind CSS, shadcn/ui, or similar UI frameworks. Comfort integrating APIs, analytics, or CMS systems (e.g., Supabase, Sanity). Prior experience in startups or fast-moving product teams.
