The power of not taking offence (wl)

Offended - feeling upset because of something said or done that is rude or embarrassing
Disappointment - the feeling of being sad because something has not happened or been as good, successful, etc. as you expected or hoped
Response - a reaction to something that has happened or been said
Defensive - behaving in a way that shows that you feel that people are criticizing you
Overcome - to succeed in dealing with or controlling a problem that has been preventing you from achieving something
Reason - a cause or an explanation for something that has happened or that somebody has done
Irrational - not based on, or not using, clear logical thought
Insecurity - a lack of confidence about yourself or your relationships with other people; something that makes you feel like this
Self-esteem - a feeling of being happy with your own character and abilities
Behavior - a way of acting
