The art of asking questions

Request - the action of asking for something formally and politely; a thing that you formally ask for
Negotiation - ​formal discussion between people who are trying to reach an agreement
Opportunity - a time when a particular situation makes it possible to do or achieve something
Unlock - to discover something and let it be known
Reveal - to make something known to somebody
Response - a spoken or written answer
Rapport - a friendly relationship in which people understand each other very well
Pitfall - a danger or difficulty, especially one that is hidden or not obvious at first
Conversation - an informal talk involving a small group of people or only two; the activity of talking in this way
Impress - to make somebody understand how important, serious, etc. something is by emphasizing it
