Stuffed cabbage

Ingredients
1 kg of sauerkraut
8 medium cabbage leaves (scalded - put in hot boiling water for a few minutes and then in cold water)
500g of minced pork meat
200g of bacon
200 g of hungarian sausage (or any smoked paprika- sausage)
1 medium onion
200g rice
2 cloves garlic
two tomatoes & some tomato paste
mild paprika powder
ground caraway seeds
5 bay leaves
1 tablespoon fine flour
1 tbsp lard
2 l water (approx.)
salt to taste
black pepper
2 cups of sour cream
