Lack - the state of not having something or not having enough of something.
Tiredness - the feeling that you would like to sleep or rest.
Anxiety - a mental health problem that causes somebody to worry so much that it has a very negative effect on their daily life.
Insomnia - the condition of being unable to sleep.
Tension - a feeling of worry and stress that makes it impossible to relax.
Relief - the feeling of happiness that you have when something unpleasant stops or does not happen.
Sedative - a drug that makes somebody go to sleep or makes them feel calm and relaxed.
Cope - to deal successfully with something difficult.
