2 parsley roots
2 big carrots
1 small kohlrabi, if available
bunch of chopped parsley
garlic
mild paprika powder
1 egg
wheat semolina
salt and sugar
sunflower or canola oil
TOOLS
1 deep pot
1 small bowl
a chopping board
knives (to peel and slice)
