400 g chopped meat (mixed pork and veal)
1 egg
80 g parmesan cheese
1 small boiled potato - peeled and smashed
ground nutmeg
salt and fresh ground pepper
oil for frying
flour for rolling the meatballs
1 onion
2 glasses of red wine (chianti or else)
