Winery- a place where wine is made
Selection- a number of people or things that have been chosen from a larger group
Facility- buildings, services, equipment, etc. that are provided for a particular purpose
Cellar- an underground room often used for storing things
Sample- to try a small amount of a particular food to see what it is like; to experience something for a short time to see what it is like
Establish- to start or create an organization, a system, etc. that is meant to last for a long time
Harvest- the time of year when the crops are gathered in on a farm, etc.; the act of cutting and gathering crops
Vineyard- a piece of land where grapes are grown in order to produce wine; a business that produces wine from the grapes it grows in a vineyard
Savour- to enjoy the full taste of something, especially by eating or drinking it slowly
Oak - a large tree that produces small nuts called acorns. Oaks are common in northern countries and can live to be hundreds of years old
