Inhibition- a shy or nervous feeling that stops you from expressing your real thoughts or feelings

Struggle- to try very hard to do something when it is difficult or when there are a lot of problems
Overwhelm- to have such a strong emotional effect on somebody that it is difficult for them to resist or know how to react
Chit-chat- conversation about things that are not important
Self-awareness- ​knowledge and understanding of your own character
