Body shape
— the shape of figure of a person which is determined by skeletal structure and distribution of fat and muscles. There are 5 main female body shapes:
round
pear
inverted triangle
rectangular
hour glass
There are 4 main male body shapes:
round
rectangle
triangle
inverted triangle
Outfit
— a set of clothes that you wear together, especially for a particular occasion or purpose
Top
— a piece of clothing worn on the upper part of the body
Bottom
— the lower part of the outfit (jeans, trousers etc.)
Waist
— the area around the middle of the body between the ribs and the hips, often narrower than the areas above and below
Hip
— the area at either side of the body between the top of the leg and the middle part of the body; the joint at the top of the leg that connects it with the top part of the body
Shoulder
— either of the two parts of the body between the top of each arm and the neck
Collar
— the part around the neck of a shirt, jacket or coat that usually folds down
A-line
— wider at the bottom than at the top
Belt
— a long narrow piece of leather, cloth, etc. that you wear around the middle part of your body
Fit
— to be the right shape and size for somebody/something
Size
— one of a number of standard measurements in which clothes, shoes and other goods are made and sold
Baggy
— fitting loosely
