For the filling:
2 chicken breasts
1 green, 1 yellow and 1 red California bell pepper
1 big onion
2 cloves of garlic
mild paprika powder

For the guacamole:
2 ripe avocados
a small onion
juice of a fresh lime or lemon
yogurt or sour cream
1 tomato

For the salsa
fresh cilantro (the green of the coriander plant)
3 big tomatoes
1 medium onion
corn or wheat tortillas
