INGREDIENTS
500 g (80 oz) fresh heavy cream
70 g (2 oz) granulated sugar
10 g of unflavoured gelatin, 2 sheets or 1 tablespoon of granulated gelatin
6 cardamom berries

Chocolate ganache:
200 g (7 oz) dark chocolate
125 g (6,5 oz) heavy cream
30 g (1 oz) butter
