Strength - a quality or an ability that a person or thing has that gives them an advantage.
Weakness - a weak point in a system, somebody’s character, etc.
Standpoint - ​an opinion or a way of thinking about ideas or situations.
Handle - to deal with a situation, a person, an area of work or a strong emotion.
Instigate - to cause something bad to happen.
Neglect - to not give enough attention to something.
Pursue - to do something or try to achieve something over a period of time.
Obstacle - a situation, an event, etc. that makes it difficult for you to do or achieve something.
Prioritize - to put tasks, problems, etc. in order of importance, so that you can deal with the most important first.
Forgive - to stop feeling angry with somebody who has done something to harm, annoy or upset you; to stop feeling angry with yourself.
