Breaking habits

Desire - a strong wish to have or do something.
Mindfulness - a mental state achieved by concentrating on the present moment, while calmly accepting the feelings and thoughts that come to you, used as a technique to help you relax.
Suppress - to prevent yourself from having or expressing a feeling or an emotion.
Procrastinate - to delay doing something that you should do, usually because you do not want to do it.
Patient - able to wait for a long time or accept annoying behaviour or difficulties without becoming angry.
Boredom - the state of feeling bored; the fact of being very boring.
Substitute - to take the place of somebody/something else; to use somebody/something instead of somebody/something else.
Visualize - to form a picture of somebody/something in your mind.
