Software team: Nolan, Maddie, Venky
Controller 1:
Steps:
1. Downloaded the correct software onto our computer to flash onto the drone controller. EdgeTX 2.7.1
2. Using we connected the controller to the computer with the controller turned off
3. Following the instructions, we uploaded the file to the website and completed the steps to flash the controller
4. Once the flash was complete, the proper software was successfully implemented into the controller
Hardware team: Ryan, Jacob, Eli
Controller 4:
Steps:
1. Identify the difference between the modified controller and the unmodified controller
2. Remove back cover (6 screws)
3. Take off collars on unnecessary switches; some required pulling the cap off
4. Remove unnecessary switches from their slots
5. Find new positions for the removed switches within the inside of the controller while avoiding other components, such as switches and electrical components
6. After the repositioning was complete, check the control movement (joystick)
7. Screw the body of controller back together
8. One final verification to make sure all controls are free to move
