Tooltip for a new creator in Homepage
As a new Creator, I want a tooltip on the homepage if I didn't finish the onboarding
Requirements:
From onboarding page, this tooltip will be shown if creator visits in homepage for the 1st time Tooltip will focus to guide creators about how to complete their onboarding:
Mission 2 "Atur Tipping" > redirect to Tipping Page Mission 3 "Atur Subscription" > redirect to Subscription Page Mission 4 "Buat Konten" > redirect to "Buat Konten" Page If creators already finished some of the onboarding processes, the tooltip will explain only step that he/she didn't finish
Acceptance Criteria:
Trigger when user landing 1st time after registration when creator skip onboarding process Tooltip Mission 1 "Lengkapi Profile" on Profil Page.

First time visiting their own Profile Page From CTA Mission 1 on Homepage or Snackbar Mission 1 “Lengkapi Profile“ Tooltip Step:
Click edit Profile Button explain how to upload profile picture and cover photo explain how to input their name, username, and biography explain about connect to another social media account such as TikTok, Instagram explain to users they must click “save” in order to save their changes Show floating button “Tampilkan Panduan“ Creator can be tracked on what step they bounced
If creators finished the onboarding mission 1, it will trigger Share tooltip System shows Pop Up Share, and tooltip will be shown. if there is no more mission if will close the tooltip if there is another mission Revamp Validation Success Onboarding 1 "Lengkapi Profile"

As a new Creator, I want a snackbar to remind me if i didn't finished the onboarding
Snackbar will stick on every page below the header except Creator Homepage, Profile another creator. Give information about the progress of their mission Explain on what mission is currently he/she need to finish Give CTA button for each ongoing mission and if click it will trigger the tooltip onboarding mission Give a mark Label on Nav Menu for "Tipping", Subscriptions.
As a Creator, I want to know if I did not set up Tipping & Subscriptions
For Tipping and Subscriptions Menu
Give a mark on Nav menu to engage creators if they didn't set up the tipping or subscriptions After they finished the set-up remove the mark Tooltip when opening Tipping, subscribe menu
As a new Creator, I want a tooltip to remind me to share my tipping/subscriptions link for the first time
For Tipping
if creator visits Tipping and creator didn't share tipping link at least 1 in any method the tooltip will not show if creator has already shared the tipping link once if creator doesn't activate the tipping if creator didn't finish setting up tipping Tooltip will highlight and overlay "Bagikan Tipping" section For Subscriptions
if creator visits Subscriptions and creator didn't share subscriptions link at least 1 in any method Creator must have 1 active level the tooltip will not show if creator has already shared the subscriptions link once if creator doesn't activate the subscriptions if creator didn't finish setting up subscriptions Tooltip will highlight and overlay "Bagikan Subscriptions" section Email to Users who don't finish their onboarding process
As a Creator, I want to get emailed to remind me if i didn't finish the onboarding process
Emails will be sent if Creator doesn't finish onboarding in 7 days 1st email in D+2 after registration 2nd email in D+4 after registration 3rd email in D+6 after registration If Creator has finished onboarding in the first 7 days, Creator doesn't need to receive Those emails. If Creator did not finish onboarding + 7 days after registrations 4th - etc Email will be sent each 2 Days Remind the Creator that they were only X step away from becoming a content creator Show what step that Creators not finished yet. Clickable and redirect to: in-platform notification to Users who don't finish their onboarding process.
As a Creator, I want to get in-app Notification if I didn't finish the onboarding process
3 notifications will be sent if Creator did not finish onboarding in 7 days 1st notification in H+2 after registration 2nd notification in H+4 after registration 3rd notification in H+6 after registration If Creator has finished onboarding in the first 7 days, Creator doesn't need to receive that notification. Remind the Creator that they were only X step away from becoming a content creator Redirect to the homepage and trigger the tooltip on X step that the creator missed Reminder Bot for Talent Team
As a Talent team, I want to get notification on slack if there is a Creator from agency who has not finished the onboarding
Create a bot on Slack to remind the Talent team if there is a creator from agency who has not finished the onboarding process.
