Overview & Checklist

To practice the process and skills covered in this course, we recommend a hands on approach by following the Brand Design Process while working on the following 2 projects:

Project 1: Your Personal Brand Identity

Project 2: Imaginary/Real Client Project

Please note that starting from July 2023, you only need to complete one project to get your certificate.

Two-step feedback process:

1. Mentoring feedback:

BEFORE you submit the overall final project that includes all the modules, please submit your individual/ each module homework using the forms here:

Please note that to apply for the certificate, you only need to complete 1 project of your choice.

You will have 3 round of revisions once you submit the complete project for review. Which is the last step before getting your certifications.

More than being a proof of completion, the BDM Certification will allow you to get validation and feedback from a team of coaches on your design process and design skills.

Here’s how we evaluate your project:

We will use the

Brand Design Project Checklist⁠

to evaluate your assignments on multiple levels. You can use this checklist to evaluate your own work before submitting it to us.

We will give you a score between 1-5 for each section which include multiple elements. You’ll need to get at least a 3 or above for all of the section in order to be granted the certificate.

Note: if you get 3 or below a certain aspect, we’ll provide a video with feedback and suggestions for improvement. Our goal is to get every single student confidently over the finish line. We will coach you through improving your work through Loom video feedback (and written comments where needed) so that you can make improvements and refine your work.

Once we’re happy you have progressed far enough, you’ll be approved for the certificate - you will have 3 rounds of revisions. 🙌
