Procedure:
Introduction (20 minutes)

Part 1: Creating an Innovative Environment (30 minutes)
Divide the students into teams of 4-5 members.
Each team should brainstorm and discuss what elements create an innovative work environment. The discussion can include physical elements (like open spaces, decor), organizational culture, and policies that promote creativity.
Part 2: Innovation Techniques (30 minutes)
Present various techniques used to stimulate innovation such as brainstorming, reverse thinking, and lateral thinking. Each team should choose one technique and practice it with a simple problem statement, such as "How can we improve a common household object like a chair or a pen?"
Part 3: Idea Generation (40 minutes)
Using the environment they created and the technique they practiced, each team should now brainstorm innovative ideas for a new startup. The idea can be a product, a service, or a novel business model.
