Title of the Exercise: "Interactive Introduction to Lean Startup"

Objective:
This exercise is designed to introduce key Lean Startup concepts in an interactive and engaging way, including the definition of Lean Startup, its fundamental principles, and the history and origins of the concept.
Duration: 2 hours
Materials needed:
Pens and notebooks for note-taking
Computers with internet connection for information research
Projector for presentations (if available)
Procedure:
Definition of Lean Startup (30 minutes)
Begin with a brief lecture on the definition of Lean Startup. Afterwards, divide the class into small groups and ask them to further research information on the definition of Lean Startup and how it is applied in the real world. After doing the research, each group should share what they found out.
Fundamental Principles of Lean Startup (45 minutes)
Now, explain the fundamental principles of Lean Startup. After that, ask each group to pick one of the principles and create a short presentation on how that principle can be applied in practice. Each group should present their findings to the class.
History and Origins of the Lean Startup Concept (30 minutes)
Finally, share with the students the history and origins of the Lean Startup concept. Then, invite students to do research to find additional interesting details about the history and origins of the concept. Each student will then share an interesting detail or fact that they found out.
Recap and Discussion (15 minutes)
Conclude the lesson with a brief recap of the key points and then start a group discussion about what they have learned. Ask the students what surprised or interested them most about the topic.
Expected outcome:
Students will have a clear and comprehensive understanding of the definition of Lean Startup, its fundamental principles, and the history and origins of the concept.
Students will be able to connect theory and practice through research and presentations.
Students will have the opportunity to improve their research, presentation, and collaboration skills.
